With over more than 1000 machines in India and exported over 50 machines in various countries such as Kenya , Uganda, Sudan , UAE, OMAN, Saudia Arabia , Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Bangladesh, Canada we went ahead and launched the CE marked Induction Sealer for the EU market installed and running successfully in the UK.

As reliable as it can get, Our Induction Sealers are working in Castrol , HPCL , Indian Oil and many multinationals companies in India over 10 Years. Reliability and quality is our main focus, it is what we deliver and it is what an Induction Sealer should be.

The First Induction Sealer in the UAE was given to Zahir Edible Oil in Jebel Ali in 1998 and is still running, withstanding summer temperatures. With List of Clients including Emirates Lube Oil, Solar Lubricants, Universal Lubricants and many more.

In areas where food and pharmaceuticals are being manufactured and packed, protection of the product is of the most importance. Induction Sealing is the fast, easy and reliable mode of keeping those products safe and tamper proof. Wide neck containers such as powdered nutrients i.e. Bournvita, Horlicks, etc., honey, coffee, chavanprash, etc. are prone to moisture and bacterial contamination need to be sealed accurately. Our machines offer technology that assures the packager that every container is 100% sealed and safe for consumer use. From products that are exported and localized, we have provided our services to companies such as Godrej Foods, Alkem, Ajanta Pharma, Hexagon Nutrition, Mapro Foods, Dabur, Hindustan Lever, Baidyanath, Bector Foods, Ferns, and many more.

Pesticides and Acidic Chemicals are also those products with worry about how to prevent leakages from their containers. Issues had risen on sealing parameters on Special graded induction wads that are suitable for sealing products of this nature. Our Technical team has provided solutions for sealing those products by meeting the Heating requirements with Speeds of 120 containers per minute with Zero sealing rejections.

What about containers having a Large Neck Diameter, those with 120mm and above? Pidilite Industries Ltd., a well known company that manufactures adhesives had been looking to induction seal its containers with a neck diameter of 150mm. We designed a special sealing head that we call the ‘Universal Induction Head’ that is capable to seal containers of neck diameter 28mm – 150mm and to meet speeds of 15 containers per minute. The result of this ended in a fine product being sealed to perfection and protection.
